Rinnai Water Heater Free Loan Unit

Rinnai provides a loan facility for Water Heaters for temporary use while your Water Heater unit is under repair.

Terms and Conditions:

1. Service unit loans apply to Gas Water Heater services of the following types:
   • REU-5CFC
   • REU-5CFM
   • REU-10CF
   • REU-15CF
2. Service unit loans apply to Electric Water Heater services of the following types:
   • RES-EH015
   • RES-EH115
   • RES-EH130
   • RES-A10C-02C
   • RES-A15C-03C
   • RES-130C-05C
3. The loan unit for Gas Water Heaters available for loan is only the REU-5CFC model with a capacity of 5L.
4. The loan unit for Electric Water Heaters available for loan is only the RES-EH015 model with a capacity of 15L.
5. The loan unit is provided for service work exceeding 5 working days, following the service team’s visit.
6. The loan period for the product to the consumer is until the serviced unit can be used again and returned to the consumer.
