Terms & Conditions:

  1. Only applicable for Rinnai products in the categories of Built-in Stoves, Range Hoods, Gas and Electric Water Heaters.
  2. Only valid in cities with Rinnai Service Centers.

  4. Operating Hours: Monday – Friday: 08:00 – 16:00 local time, Saturday: 08:00 – 14:00 local time.
  5. Closed on Sundays/National holidays.

Attention!

  1. Ensure that the basic civil installation for the built-in stove, range hood, or water heater is prepared.
  2. Rinnai service team does not handle additional civil work (water piping, wall chiseling, removal of old units).
  3. Rinnai service team does not provide installation at locations that are difficult for technicians to access and are hazardous.
  4. Rinnai service team never charges any fees for the free installation service.

Warranty Terms:

  • Consumers must keep and register the warranty card at Rinnai Service Center or contact Whatsapp number: 0815 1961 8174 / 0815 112 99999.
  • During the warranty period, especially for Water Heaters, full warranty applies for any damage caused by normal use or production errors.
  • During the 1 (one) year warranty period, no service fees, spare parts fees, or local transport fees will be charged.
  • Water Heater products use 220 V electricity or LPG or Natural Gas (LNG) fuel, according to the specifications listed in the product; for use outside of these specifications, please contact the service center.
  • If there is damage to countertop stoves, portable stoves, and small appliances, repairs must be taken to the nearest service center.
  • Consumers can claim the warranty by contacting or visiting the nearest Service Center/Authorized Service Center.
  • Consumers must perform maintenance on electric water heaters once a year by an official Rinnai technician*.


Warranty does not apply to the following:

  • Failure to present the Warranty Card during service, lost Warranty Card, or incomplete information.\
  • No serial number or serial number has been altered/lost.
  • Damage caused by improper installation and use due to not following the User Manual.
  • Damage caused by voltage changes or force majeure factors, such as: fire, natural disasters, floods, falls, submersion, or use in saltwater/sea water, etc.
  • The product has been repaired or modified by the owner or third party in a way that affects the product’s performance.
  • The product has physical damage (body) caused by transportation.
  • The validity period of this Warranty Card has expired as stated on this Warranty Card.
  • Warranty does not apply if the product is damaged due to leaks in the hose/regulator.
